Product Description
The grapes for our 2010 Merlot were grown exclusively in our vineyard and hand-harvested. The Merlot berries were cold soaked (before pressing) for 72 hours to enhance structure, color, and aroma development. The wine was blended with Cabernet Franc and Grenache and aged for 15 months in small French oak barrels. Robust raspberry and sweet cherry fruit abound in this vintage.
