Red currant and raspberry aromas are accented with vanilla, clove and briar. The red berry fruit flavors are bright yet rich, and complemented by vanilla and chai spice notes. Soft tannins, balanced acidity and light toasty oak frame the finish. This versatile Zinfandel is especially suited to Mediterranean and spicy ethnic dishes as well as barbecued meats and hearty pastas. Blend: 91% Zinfandel and 9% Petite Sirah
